Terms and Conditions

1.		Only Yorkshire related tourism events will be listed.
2.		Names, personal addresses, telephone numbers, e-mail addresses and URLs within the description of the event will not be shown (unless permission has been sought upfront). This rule is designed to stop people entering a telephone number (for example) in the event description and then complaining when it's visible online.
3.		There is no fee to list an event.
4.		All events are moderated and will NOT be listed immediately after you have submitted the form. Events that don't follow the rules may be changed or not listed at all.
5.		You should however quickly receive an e-mail to confirm the event details that you have entered.
6.		It may take up to 72 hours for an event to be moderated and "go live" (although I will strive to make this happen much more quickly).
7.		With the above in mind please do not submit more than one entry for each event.
8.		You will not be notified when an event has been moderated and will therefore need to check my website regularly.
9.		You are allowed to submit multiple form entries for different events.
10.		You must contact me in order to get the details of an event changed or removed.
11.		Should you need to contact me with regards to any event or events that you have listed then it's best to reply to the original e-mail confirmation that was sent to you as this proves that you are the originator of the event.
12.		I reserve the right, without question, to refuse an event listing.
13.		I reserve the right, without question, to remove an event listing.
14.		Your name and e-mail address are not stored in the database and, therefore, will not be listed on the event details.
15.		Your name and e-mail address will be used for the sole purpose of contacting you should there be a problem with your event listing and nothing else.
16.		Your name and e-mail address will not given or sold to any third party.

Date Input

Dates can be entered by clicking the date selector button or can be manually typed via your keyboard using the format DD MMM YYYY (e.g. 03 May 2012).

Time Input

You do not have to specify times if they're not applicable to your event or may change. If you do wish to specify a time then they are not validated so you can use any reasonable format (e.g. 3pm, 3PM or 13:00 etc).

Web Page Name

This information should be specified if you are providing a web page URL. This text will be shown instead of the URL thus giving a more meaning name for the link to your website. If, for example, I was specifying a link to my website then this field could be "Discover Yorkshire Website" (excluding the quotes)

Web Page URL

This is the URL to your website. The information provided is not validated so please ensure the specified URL is valid otherwise the link to your website will not work.
